The AI-volution program aims to equip Indonesian youth (ages 19-24) with foundational knowledge and practical skills in AI. Through workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning, participants will explore AI’s potential to address local and global challenges, emphasizing ethical practices and community engagement.

AI-volution Workshop Series 2026 is a year-long, in-person learning program designed to help Indonesian youth explore artificial intelligence in a practical, creative, and responsible way. Through monthly workshops at MyAmerica Jakarta, participants will deepen their understanding of AI while building real-world skills they can use in school, careers, and community projects.

Unlike the 2025 program, which involved multi-city in-person workshops, online webinars, and an AI Ambassador pathway, the 2026 series is fully in-person and hosted exclusively at MyAmerica Jakarta.

It features:

• Stand-alone workshops
• Themed mini series
• Hands-on creative and problem-solving activities
• A more flexible “join what you want” model

There is no AI Ambassador program in 2026.

You will gain foundational and practical understanding of AI, including:

• How AI works and how to use it safely
• Creative and experimental applications (storytelling, design, ideation)
• AI for education, research, and productivity
• AI for social good, ethics, and responsible use
• Real-world applications across business, data, and automation

Every workshop is interactive, youth-friendly, and guided by experienced facilitators.

No. The program is designed for beginners as well as learners who already have some experience. Curiosity is the only requirement.

You may join any stand-alone session based on your interests.

For the mini-series, we recommend attending the full set for a more complete learning experience, but it is not mandatory.

No. The 2026 program does not include an Ambassador track. Instead, the focus is on open, accessible learning through in-person workshops.

Certificates may be provided for workshops or mini-series, depending on attendance and completion of activities. More details will be shared per session.

Before attending the workshop, please ensure that you have completed the following:

• Submit the confirmation form
  Selected participants will receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation form. Make sure the form is completed accurately and submitted before the deadline stated in the email for each session. Only participants who have submitted the confirmation form will be allowed to enter the venue.
• Read the Guidelines Kit
  Carefully read the Guidelines Kit shared in the confirmation email. Participants are required to understand and comply with all rules and restrictions outlined in the document before attending the workshop.

The program is free, but transportation and meals are not covered unless specified for certain events.
